Morocco does not lack good fiduciaires, attorneys or administrative specialists. What a foreign company lacks is someone who knows which one to use, what each of them will ask for, in what order, and who will stand in the queue when the answer is "come back tomorrow".
So we do not replace those professionals. We instruct them, and we carry your file between them. We work with a number of partners in Casablanca rather than a single firm. Between them they cover administrative and legal consulting, professional translation and interpreting, property, site security, and IT and networks — with more than thirty years on the ground behind the administrative side. Legal instruments are drafted and signed by licensed Moroccan attorneys, deeds pass through notaries, and the accounts are kept by a licensed fiduciaire. Which of them your file goes to depends on what it needs, and that is our judgement to make, not your problem to solve. You deal with one of us, in English, and you see the whole thing from your file area.
It also means we will tell you when you do not need us. A formality you can do yourself in an afternoon is not something we are going to quote you for, and if what you actually need is a lawyer rather than a coordinator we will say so and put you in front of one registered with the Moroccan Bar.
One service fee, fixed and agreed before anything begins. It does not move if the file turns out to be harder than we expected, and it does not end when the papers are filed — it ends when the thing you came for is actually done. Everything else is either passed to you at cost against receipts, or a service you choose and we price on its own.

A company cannot be entered in the registry, obtain a tax number or open a bank account without a legal address in Morocco — and at that point you will not have signed a lease. Having one from day one leaves you free to rent later, elsewhere, or not at all.
Ours is a real, inspectable address, not a letterbox: every letter opened, scanned and emailed to you the day it arrives, registered post signed for on your behalf — which matters, because a notice from the tax administration starts its deadline from the day it is delivered, not the day you read it — anything official explained in English, originals forwarded or held as you prefer, and somewhere an inspector can actually be received.

Registration duties on company formation are currently exempt under the 2024 Finance Law, which works in your favour. Monthly accounting and tax filings, if you want them, start at 1,500 MAD a month.
Every client gets a private area on this site, from the moment the first form is submitted. It shows the stage your file has reached, the list of documents still outstanding and why each is needed, every file either side has uploaded, and the whole message thread in one place.
Documents you upload are never published and never served from a public address. They are readable only by you and by us, through a signed-in page.
A company is often only half of it. If people are physically moving — you, a key hire, or a whole team with families — our sister service handles the rest end to end.
